Behind every dish there are expertise, creativity, and lots of hard work of the entire kitchen staff, led by the chef Bruno Lamce.

A young and dynamic team with different origins but united by a true passion for cooking, for creating genuine flavours and for experimenting during their constant culinary research. Each member represents an essential part of the whole team, contributing his experience and talent to fill every dish with mouth-watering harmony. The result is a real joy for both eyes and palate. Sometimes inspired by traditions and reinterpreted in a modern way. But sometimes totally innovative, when ingredients and cooking techniques give birth to completely new dishes, which always remain impressed on our guests’ hearts.
