Character: 50 to 60 °C temperature, moderate humidity from 35 % to 50 %.
Recommendation: sauna for 20 to 30 minutes, then take a cold shower.
Take a half-hour rest before repetition.
Finnish sauna
Character: 80 to 100 °C, dry air humidity from 3 % to 8 %.
Recommendation: sauna for 15 to 20 minutes, then take a cold shower.
Take a half-hour break before repetition.
Steam bath
Character: 40 to 45 °C, air humidity from 95 % to 100 %.
Recommendation: sauna for 15 to 20 minutes, then take a cold shower.
